About Natasha Henry

Renowned for her “seductive timbre” (Louis Bilodeau, L’Opéra) soprano Natasha Henry captivates audiences with the warmth of her voice and the sincerity of her interpretations. Winner of the Audience Award at the prestigious Talent Gala of the Atelier lyrique de l’Opéra de Montréal, she has also received several distinctions, including the McAbbie Foundation Scholarship for Excellence and the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal Scholarship, the MusiqAvenir interpretation scholarship, as well as a grant from Opéra Bouffe du Québec. She was selected Young Lyric Ambassador 2025 by the Théatre Lyrichoregra 20.

Her operatic roles include Laetitia (The Old Maid and the Thief), Gretel (Hänsel und Gretel), Dido (Dido and Aeneas) and Croûte-au-pot (Mesdames de la Halle). She is currently completing her master’s degree at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal.

She recently appeared as a soloist with the Orchestre symphonique de Gatineau in L’Univers d’Ennio Morricone, and as a guest soloist at the Montreal Chamber Music Festival. Upcoming performances include the role of Missia in La Veuve joyeuse with Opéra bouffe du Québec.
