Originally from Sherbrooke, Jessica Duranleau obtained her bachelor’s degree (2018) and her Masters (2020) from the Conservatoire de musique de Montreal, class of Nadia Côté and Marjolaine Goulet. Her participation in master classes and summer academies have enabled her to work with renowned hornists such as Stefan Dohr, Sarah Willis, Radovan Vlatković, Jeff Nelsen, Claude Maury, Teunis van der Zwart, James Somerville, Gabriel Radford and Bruno Schneider.

Jessica spent the summers of 2018 and 2019 at the Domaine Forget music academy and with the National Youth Orchestra of Canada, where she had the chance to tour Germany, Scotland, and Spain, and to perform on the mythical stage of the Konzerthaus in Berlin, in 2018. Next winter, she will travel to study with Radovan Vlatković at the University for the arts in Zurich.
